Owner-Chef Dan keeps regulars and first-time diners happy with an ever-changing menu, responding to the availability of local fish and seasonal ingredients. Browse the menu while sipping an aperitif and make the difficult decision between Drunken Maine Lobster Bisque or Spruce Point Smoked Salmon with Dill Mascarpone and Truffle; Escargots Ophelia with Elf Mushrooms or Calamari Fritti with Fennel-oregano Crumb. Follow up with an entrée of seafood such as Macadamia encrusted Mahi Mahi with Tropical Fruit Jam or Tataki of Yellowfin Tuna with an Asian twist.
