Parrot Key Caribbean Grill Fort Myers Beach

Get a taste of the colorful Caribbean when you dine at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Located on San Carlos Island Back Bay overlooking Matanzas Pass, it is a fun place to visit for drinks at sunset with views of the bobbing boats at Salty Sam’s Marina. Hang around and you may even see the Key West Express boat or Salty Sam’s Pirate Cruise dock next door.

This vibrant restaurant and bar serves authentic Caribbean seafood dishes in a waterfront setting complete with gorgeous parrots hanging around the bar – wooden ones, of course! The open-air setting and live music create a laid back party vibe, especially if you time your visit for Happy Hour drinks and food.

Events at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill

Parrot Key Caribbean Grill has non-stop events and live entertainment all year round. In honor of the many Green Bay Packers fans who spend the winter in Southwest Florida, Parrot Key Grill has its own “Lambeau South”, a nod to the Packer’s NFL home stadium in Green Bay, WI. Watch the games on 60-inch TVs in the picnic pavilion with fellow supporters and cheer the team to victory. Win or lose, you’ll have a great night out enjoying Wisconsin favorites from the Special Packers Menu.

Other events include Frank Torino Dance Parties on Thursdays and Saturdays or how about the Gatlin Dinner show, a dynamic music event with entertainment by music performers Darryl and Andrea who have enjoyed major international success. The evening includes a special set menu including prime rib, mango tango grouper or slow-roasted half chicken entrees.

Car fans regularly meet up at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill Car Show Cruise-Ins that run on alternate Mondays from November through April. It’s free for spectators and registered car owners get 25% off their Parrot Key dining and drinks.

Fort Myers Beach Parrot Key Caribbean Grill’s Menu

If all this talk about food is making you feel a little peckish (no pun intended), check out the menu for lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended on weekends and at busy times, otherwise hang out at the bar and wait for a table while sipping a Specialty “Cockatiel” such as a Golden Margarita or Blue Macaw straight from the West Indies. You can almost hear the steel drums!

Lunch favorites include coconut shrimp, wings and quesadillas to share along with jerk pork sandwiches, seafood platters, melts, wraps, yummy grouper, Mahi and burgers enhanced with fruity salsas and mouthwatering Caribbean spices. The dinner menu is an extension of the lunch choices with entrees including twin lobster tails, lump crab cakes, steaks, ribs and even Osso Bucco on a sweet mash with honey glaze.

Award-winning Parrot Key Caribbean Grill Restaurant

The popularity of Parrot Key Caribbean Grill has to say something about the quality of the food, drinks and overall experience that diners love. The restaurant has also earned a cluster of local awards including Best Waterfront Dining, the Best of Gulfshore Life 2018 and Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor.

The bar and restaurant at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill are open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Arrive by car, boat, or walk over from Fort Myers Beach. There’s plenty of space to tie-up at Salty Sam’s Marina and enjoy a Dock and Dine experience at Parrot Key Caribbean Grill.
