Five Hundred top sailors from around the world – including 6 continents and 25 countries – will compete in the 22nd Hobie 16 Championships on Captiva Island, Florida. The athletes will compete on Hobie’s signature 16-foot catamaran sailboats. The event features a jam-packed schedule across the event’s 16-day duration, with plenty of opportunities to watch the races. The event features three world championship divisions: Women’s, Youth and Open; and three additional disciplines: Masters Cup, Grand Masters Cup and Great Grand Masters Cup.
