Ring in the New Year at Downtown Sarasota Block Party and Pineapple Drop Celebration. The ‘party kicks off Saturday, December 30 at 1 p.m. with amusement rides and games at Five Points Park, live music at Main St. and Lemon Avenue, food, drinks, and full bar concessions followed by the Pineapple Drop at midnight and a fantastic firework display on Sarasota Bay.
