As much of a party as it is a half marathon, the Sarasota Music Half Marathon provides a fun race while supporting local non-profits and encouraging fitness. Runners will pass 20 bands across 42 locations on the half marathon course, all of them providing entertainment and motivation to runners on the course. Spectators are encouraged to enjoy the bands and make a party of the event — and of course, coming out to watch the bands and runners is free for spectators.
