Classes are a Level one yoga flow suitable for most people. Beginners are welcome. Yoga class takes place on Fort Myers Beach just north of the pier in front of the Edison Beach House. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, sunscreen, and water. Hourly parking is available nearby in the Times Square area. Pre-registration is required. Suggested donation is $10 (pre-paid when you register). Call or visit website to register or for additional information.
