Start your day with energy and joy on the most beautiful beach in the world and participate in a yoga class. Each Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. All fitness levels and ages are welcome. Bring a towel or mat, drinking water, and your $10 per person cash donation. Just behind the green lifeguard stand on Siesta Beach, Siesta Key. Social distancing is enforced. You must have your towel or mat 6 ft. from anyone who is not a friend or family member.
